Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We offer shipping throughout the United States. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Unfortunately we do not currently ship internationally. it's in the works, so hopefully some day in the near futre it will be a possibility

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [Insert email] with photos of the packaging and product.
If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If they cannot resolve the issue, contact us for further assistance.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
