Refund Policy

1. Returns
​

Due to the nature of our products (reissued vintage media), we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item.

​

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of damage (photo or video)

2. Refunds
​

Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return request:

  • If applicable, we’ll issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days
     

We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

  • The item was damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • You failed to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
     

3. Exchange
​

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a refund.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders
​

If your order is lost in transit:

  • First, check with your local post office or carrier using the tracking number provided

  • If unresolved, contact us so we can investigate
     

We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
