Refund Policy
1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (reissued vintage media), we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

The item must be in the original packaging

You must provide proof of damage (photo or video)

2. Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return request:

If applicable, we’ll issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days
We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

The item was damaged due to misuse or improper handling

You failed to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
3. Exchange

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a refund.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders
​
If your order is lost in transit:

First, check with your local post office or carrier using the tracking number provided

If unresolved, contact us so we can investigate
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
